Pickx Sports

Pickx Sports operates as the dedicated premium sports television and IPTV option managed by telecommunications operator Proximus Group. Transmitting live linear channels and on-demand assets via managed IP multicast and adaptive bitrate HLS unicast delivery pipelines across proprietary Proximus Android TV decoders (TV Box v7), Apple TV, Android TV, Google TV, Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, modern web browsers, and mobile devices, the service distributes live coverage across domestic and international athletics. Its broadcasting roster centers on exclusive Belgian French- and Dutch-language telecasts of every UEFA Champions League matchday, alongside comprehensive carriage of DAZN channels (formerly Eleven Sports) broadcasting all Jupiler Pro League fixtures, Challenger Pro League, Spanish LaLiga EA Sports, Italian Serie A, and French Ligue 1. Beyond football, the platform serves as a domestic stronghold for winter cycling, broadcasting every stage of the UCI Cyclo-cross World Cup, Superprestige, and X²O Badkamers Trofee alongside Eurosport 2 and Motorvision+.

Video transmission outputs up to 1080p high definition operating at 50 frames per second with stereo 2.0 and Dolby Digital multichannel audio tracks across living-room decoders and digital apps. Broadcast mechanics incorporate an interactive in-match statistics mode for domestic football fixtures, automated 7-day backward electronic program guide catch-up functionality (TV Replay), in-player live restart controls, and network cloud DVR recording storage supporting up to 400 hours retained for 60 days. Concurrency allowances permit subscribers to watch across their primary physical hardware TV Box alongside up to two simultaneous active mobile or web streaming sessions via the Proximus Pickx application. App transmission is strictly tied to an active Belgian Proximus residential broadband or television subscription, with cross-border streaming permitted across European Union member states under statutory EU digital portability regulations.
