Expert Review & Verdict
Stream2Watch Sports Editorial Desk • Audited October 2026
The Verdict
Our Verdict: Tivibu GO functions as Türk Telekom's direct-to-consumer OTT streaming platform, providing comprehensive digital telecasts of domestic lower-tier football across the TFF 2. Lig and TFF 3. Lig alongside Turkish Basketball Super League action on dedicated Tivibu Spor channels. While the standalone app delivers flexible linear viewing without requiring satellite dish installation, top-flight Süper Lig broadcast rights remain held exclusively by beIN SPORTS, and sports transmissions enforce strict territorial IP geoblocking within Turkey.

In-Depth Platform Analysis & Coverage
Operating as Türk Telekom's multiscreen digital telecast service, Tivibu GO distributes over 130 linear broadcast networks alongside an extensive on-demand library. Video transmission decodes linear feeds at 1080p resolution at 50fps AVC/HEVC profiles across compatible mobile, desktop, and smart TV clients. Athletic programming is anchored by proprietary linear channels Tivibu Spor, Tivibu Spor 2, Tivibu Spor 3, and Tivibu Spor 4, supplemented by linear carriage of public broadcaster TRT Spor, A Spor, and Eurosport feeds. Broadcast rights center on domestic Turkish sports, including exclusive digital distribution of the TFF 2. Lig and TFF 3. Lig football championships, the Turkish Basketball Super League (Basketbol Süper Ligi), and the Turkish Volleyball Sultanlar Ligi.
Hardware deployment encompasses native applications across Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, Android TV, Google TV, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, and mobile operating systems. The platform incorporates a 7-day backward linear EPG catch-up buffer (Tekrar İzle) alongside cloud-based live pause, rewind, and restart functions on supported linear channels, though persistent unconstrained cloud DVR storage is not offered. Concurrency policies authorize up to five registered user devices with a playback limit of two simultaneous active streams per account. Digital telecasts are strictly geoblocked to Turkish IP space, preventing app transmission outside domestic national borders without access to live sports feeds.
