NLL+

NLL+ functions as the dedicated direct-to-consumer over-the-top streaming service engineered by the National Lacrosse League to centralize professional indoor box lacrosse coverage across international markets. Transmitting through adaptive bitrate HLS web architecture, the platform broadcasts every fixture of the 14-team league, encompassing Faceoff Weekend, the regular season schedule, the NLL Playoffs, the NLL Finals, and the annual NLL Entry Draft. The distribution framework operates in coordination with existing domestic broadcast contracts: viewers across Europe, Asia, and non-exclusive international zones receive unhindered live access to all 126 regular season contests and postseason rounds. Canadian viewers can stream games live on NLL+ that are not selected for national linear telecasts on TSN 1–5, whereas American IP addresses are restricted from all live game streaming due to domestic carriage rights held by ESPN and ESPN+.

Digital broadcast feeds deliver up to 1080p high definition operating at 60 frames per second with stereo 2.0 audio tracks and synchronized arena commentary panels. The video architecture incorporates responsive multi-viewer functionality allowing fans to monitor overlapping matchups simultaneously, alongside automated post-match ingestion of full-game replays, condensed game recaps, and original documentary features such as player profiles and tactical breakdowns. The service omits a traditional cloud DVR storage module, hosting full on-demand game replays indefinitely within its centralized video library across all territories, including the United States following statutory embargo windows. Account provisioning authorizes up to two active concurrent player playback sessions per user profile. App transmission operates primarily as an optimized responsive web application across mobile, tablet, and desktop environments, paired with casting protocol support to living room hardware via Google Chromecast and Apple AirPlay.
