Expert Review & Verdict
Stream2Watch Sports Editorial Desk • Audited October 2026
The Verdict
Our Verdict: Go3 is the undisputed leader in Baltic sports and pay-TV distribution, holding exclusive territory rights to the Premier League, UEFA Champions League, Formula 1, NHL, and the EuroLeague. Linear telecasts stream reliably in 1080p 50fps alongside an automated 7-day backward EPG catch-up system and select 4K UHD event broadcasts. However, premier international sports rights are cordoned off behind top-tier packages, concurrency is capped at two simultaneous active screens, and access remains strictly geo-locked across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania under EU portability compliance.

In-Depth Platform Analysis & Coverage
Go3 operates as the dominant over-the-top virtual multichannel video programming distributor across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, delivering linear television feeds and on-demand assets via adaptive bitrate HLS transmission. Managed by TV3 Group, the platform integrates dozens of Baltic and pan-European linear channels alongside proprietary digital sport feeds, including Go3 Sport 1, Go3 Sport 2, Go3 Sport 3, and Go3 Sport Open. The sports portfolio serves as the cornerstone of the service, consolidating marquee broadcasting rights acquired from Viaplay and regional distributors: the Premier League, UEFA Champions League, Formula 1, NHL, EuroLeague basketball, and local domestic competitions including the Lithuanian Basketball League (LKL) and the Latvian-Estonian Basketball League.
Video delivery outputs at 1080p high definition at 50 frames per second with stereo 2.0 audio, with select championship finals outputting in native 4K UHD. Integrated cloud DVR functionality provides an automated 7-day backward electronic programme guide catch-up buffer across linear channels, enabling immediate replay and time-shifting without physical storage equipment. Playback concurrency is strictly capped at two simultaneous active client screens per household. Subscriptions are geo-fenced to the Baltic states via IP address verification, requiring verified Baltic residency to unlock temporary cross-border viewing under European Union cross-border portability regulations.
